Corrie's David just 'wants to be loved'



'Coronation Street' doer Diddley P Shepherd has claimed that his fibre David Platt is misunderstood and "but wants to be loved".
According to the show's functionary website, the histrion told InsideSoap Yearbook: "David throne do close to malicious things only I think he just wants to be loved. He craves a scrap of affection."
"He's ne'er had lots attention from his mum, Gail. She was always run around after David's brother, Nick, and Sarah and then she moved on to lovingness about Bethany, so David merely feels like he was pushed to one side," he said.
"He's institute that by being bad he gets scads of aid. That's the only metre Gail truly notices him."
Shepherd said: "David could go down a really dark way of life, simply at that place are different sides to him. David is an emotional character and he force out do comedy - he's quite a comedian sometimes."
"I think he does have different dimensions to his character, which makes him so practically playfulness to catch. But in all likelihood his main strength is existence a nasty, evil, twisted little git."
